Playing the vintage Scandalli accordion.

This Scandalli accordion dates from the 1950's and features some of the finest Italian reeds I have heard in the accordion industry.  There are 4 treble reed blocks and 5 rows of bass reeds in an LMMH configuration.  Eight treble voices offer a nice variety of distinctive sounds, with a sweet musette included in the array of registers.  Some of my 5th and 6th grade students gave me this instrument in 2003 as a gift, originally donated to the local public school system but remaining largely unused.  In 2009 I began to upload music videos to my You Tube channel FromHolbergsTime.
