Pianist Maria Radutu is participating in a charity concert tomorrow at the Vienna Konzerthaus alongside a great line-up of artists. This wonderful project is aimed at intergrating and supporting young refugees who are in Austria without their families, read more about Building Bridges and support them with a like on facebook :)

If you happen to be in Vaduz, Liechtenstein tonight do go and see Stefan Sanderling with the Sinfonieorchester Lichtenstein at the Gemeindesaal Schaan...



Another great duo of Hello Stagers is performing at the Konzerthaus this Wednesday 27th - pianist Magda Amara and pianist and conductor Stefan Vladar perform with the Wiener KammerOrchester, together they play Mendelssohn's Concertos for Two Pianos in A-Flat Major and Brahms's Serenade Nr. 1 D-Dur. There are still tickets available!

Meanwhile, across the pond, Julian Rachlin plays Shostakovich with the Orchestre National de France under Daniele Gatti on the 28th at Carnegie Hall! Their tour takes them to Newark on the 29th, Greenvale on the 30th Washington, D.C on the 31st - best of luck to all...

Back to Carnegie Hall - this time with the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra on the 30th January - the evening beginns with Haydn's Symphony No.1 followed by pianist Khatia Buniatishvili's debut with the Orpheus as she performs Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 20 in D minor K. 466. Arensky's Variations on a Theme by Tchaikovsky Op. 35a follows as the mood changes with Rachamninoff's powerful Suite No. 2 for Two Pianos Op.17 ( arr. Paul Chihara) - what an evening!

End January on the right note with the RIAS Kammerchor in Berlin on the 31st with the Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin. Bach's Cantata "Meine Seel erhebt den Herrn" BWV 10 and Magnificat D-Dur BWV 243 will sound the halls of the Berliner Philharmonie. Soloists are Sophie Karthäuser, Bettina Ranch, Krystian Adam and Attu Kataja under Rinaldo Alessandrini - toi toi toi!
