#classicalbuzz HELLO STAGE Weekly Highlights January 18th

Enjoy this week's highlights from around the globe - from France to Canada and back again...
This week's highlights start with a burst of many colours - hear the acclaimed pianist Mikhail Rudy play Chagall, The Sound of Colours on the 21st January at the La Piscine in Roubaix, France!

Meanwhile in Sesvete, Croatia, pianist and Hello Stage blogger Javor Bracic has a Solo Recital coming up on the 19th! When he is not touring through Europe and visiting his homeland Croatia, Javor is based in NY - you can also book this artist directly via Hello Stage!

Catch violinist Nicola Benedetti at the Beethoven Hall in Stuttgart, Germany this week on both the 20th and the 22nd with the Stuttgart Radio Symphony Orchestra under Stephane Deneve as they perform Karol Szymanowski's Violin Concerto No.1 Op.35 followed by Chausson's Poème for Violin and Orchestra in E flat major op.25...

It's certainly is a pleasure discovering outstanding young musicians on Hello Stage!

Say hello to Canadian cellist from Montréal, Stéphane Tétreault, who first made "first made international headlines as the recipient of the 1707 "Countess of Stainlein, Ex-Paganini" Stradivarius, on generous loan to him by Mrs. Jacqueline Desmarais."

You can hear him live in Montréal on the 20th at the Salle Bourgie, Recital - Spotlight on Schubert and on the 24th in Saint-Jérôme, Canada at the Salle André-Prévost with the Sinfonia de Lanaudière - they play Schumann's Concerto for Violoncello and Orchestra under Stephan Laforest. Expect the unexpected as art meets music in Vienna with conductor Marta Gardolinksa on the 23rd January at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna - a Silent performance awaits...
