Meanwhile in the LA; Maestro Itzhak Perlman is getting ready for a Duo Recital with the celebrated pianist Emanuel Ax at Walt Disney Concert Hall - Mozart, Strauss and Fauré await! More performances are happening at the end of the week with the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the Maestro plays Mozart and leads Tchaikovsky’s beloved Fifth...

Back in Vienna, we are in for a treat as pianist Anika Vavic plays Scriabin's Concerto for Piano and Orchestra at the Vienna Konzerthaus this Friday 15th with the RSO Wien under Mirga Grazinyte-Tyla - best of luck!

Composer Shie Rozow looks forward to a world premiere at this week's concert in LA on the 15th - amongst other chamber music by LA composers, his Expedition for String Quartet is on the programme of the 2nd concert by the The Contemporary Performance Collective (CPC). The CPC is "dedicated to commissioning, promoting, and performing 21st-century chamber music works and making music of the highest caliber accessible to every member of the community, regardless of economic circumstances." We wish everybody the best of luck!

Acclaimed Bulgarian pianist Plamena Mangova has a couple of concerts with violinist Augustin Dumay this week - first in Waterloo Belgium (12th) and then in Lyon, France (13th) - enjoy an evening of Brahms, Beethoven and Frank!
