I thought it would be nice for those you are
not yet a member of our HELLO STAGE
family to peek through the keyhole and
get an idea on what you are missing out on!
To everyone who is already a member and who
did not yet get to share their thoughts - please do!
It is your network!
Once you are registered, for free
you will end up on your own 'dashboard' upon login -
full of things only members can see and use!
Here is an exclusive preview to what you find there:
your messages, all the profiles you look after
(some of our dear members have given me admin rights,
as I needed to give them a helping hand or I
also sometimes use them for demonstrations
when meeting with musicians,
managers and promoters to show them round HELLO STAGE),
the latest blog, a list of the friends
you are connected with and,
if you have a professional membership, you will
also have access to the NAXOS Music Library.
But the most exiting thing you will discover is the ORANGE BOARD!
It is a sort of 'meeting point'
where all members can post their
questions and recommendations,
kick-off a discussion or share most
valuable information as well as some fun pictures
when meeting each other in person or from a special occasion.
In the photo above you can see
using the community
as a resource for her research about polish choir music.
But I will give you a bit more of a run
down what is currently happening on it:
Lech Antonio Uszynski
is sharing this PROGETTO GIBSON with the community.
all members who did a crowd-funding campaign
also told their fellow HELLO STAGE’rs about it -
a lot of people who successfully raised money
for their CD's or other projects that way
asked the community for help spreading the word.
And of course,
the successful ones are also a great recourse
of knowledge and are always happy to share their word of advice.
Then there is Soprano Barbara Krieger
introducing her amazing project about
composers who have lost their lives in WW 1 -
she dreamed it up together with the photographer U.K.Lengemann
and the CD is already out.
A wonderful example how to programme outside the box.
You will also find a photo of
Music Director of the Orchestre Philharmonique Royal de Liege,
posted - it’s him with the 3 winners of the Queen Elisabeth
To top it all,
you can also find a call for Artists there!
The Chamber Music Society of America explains
how to apply for showcasing at their next
conference in January 2016.
I had the pleasure of being
at the 2015 conference in New York
and I was totally taken by the wonderful
music making at the Showcases!
Well, if you want to find out more -
