Hailed a "Miracle" by GRAMOPHONE, Trey Lee's Carnegie Hall concerto debut received a rousing standing ovation, with the NEW YORK TIMES declaring him "the excellent cellist… with enveloping richness and lyrical sensitivity."

A co-founder and Artistic Director of Musicus Society, he also established two groundbreaking festivals, the Hong Kong International Chamber Music Festival and the Musicus Fest. In 2012, he was appointed ambassador of UNICEF HK.
