About
AN ASSEMBLY OF WORLD-CLASS MUSICIANS
PRODUCTION COMPANY + PERFORMING ENSEMBLE
EXPLORING THE SPACES WHERE MUSIC + OTHER ARTFORMS MEET

Co-founded by artistic director Alasdair Nicolson and executive producer Bethany Alexander, we're an original organisation, with a highly regarded reputation within the arts sector, amongst artists and audiences alike. We create new work and productions, learning opportunities and undertake consultancy projects for external organisations.

At the centre of all our work is a flourishing collective of highly skilled and virtuosic musicians, creators, producers and performers called The Assembly Project, which brings together artists in performances, and is developing a national and international reputation.

We are committed to approaching projects with a real passion for the art and for the people we work with. We strive to develop and create meaningful, exciting relationships through projects with emerging artists, and learning and participation opportunities. Bringing audiences and artists together in remarkable venues and unexpected spaces to share the excitement of experiencing new work, encountering fresh interpretations of classic repertoire and to be moved by compelling musical performances.
