Emre Sihan Kaleli


Emre Sihan Kaleli (1987/Ankara) is a Turkish composer currently residing in Vienna.
His recent work can be characterized by diversity of music material and variety of styles employed in each composition. Having a strong interest in the narrative and dramaturgy in music, one of the major goals that he seeks to realize in his works is to explore different kinds of contrasts. Outpouring of melodies and textures, effective and expressive instrumental writing, careful work on the tone color, and the inclination towards lyricism could be the other features of his music that worth mentioning.
